Yes, we can arrange pickup from any city in India. However there is  additional pickup charges of INR 90/kg.

After receiving shipment payment, we will pick the package in 2-3 days.

No, we don’t provide packaging services for pickup shipments. Customer is responsible for proper international packing of the items.

Packaging services are only provided for “Shop N Ship” and “Assisted Shop N Ship” services.

• KYC document of shipper
• List of items with cost of each item.

Weight and dimension will be checked after pickup and in case the weight and dimensions are different from what customer has provided, the shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly and any additional cost will be required to be paid by customer.

• Please attach ID proof of the sender required for KYC purposes. Click on Submit and you have just booked your shipment.!
• Our team will review your order and email you (to sender ) the pick up timing details,  shipping label and declaration letter.
• You package will first arrive at our warehouse and then it will be sent to overseas address. (Pick up location -> Warehouse -> Overseas)
• Keep your package ready. Print all pages of shipping label and and stick page1 of the same on the package.
• Please also print declaration letter and sign the same. Handover all remaining page and signed declaration letter to the pick up person. Tracking number for domestic pick up will be provided.
• Once Item has arrived at our warehouse (2-7 working days depending on location), we will send you final payment details.
• Once you have made the payment we will prepare to send package to overseas address and share another tracking number for the same.
